6 steps to a successful project on your site!
Together with Iqony Renewables at your side, the path to a solar or wind farm on your land is easier than you think. Because the Iqony team of experts will be with you every step of the way:

Do you own a plot of land and would like to find out whether it is suitable for a renewable energy project? Then simply get in touch with us!

Now the planning phase begins. We determine the exact locations of the plants, commission the necessary environmental and species protection reports and develop the technical and economic concept. We also take care of all authorisations, involve local authorities and the public at an early stage and prepare the marketing of the green electricity generated.

Our experts analyse your property with regard to technical, legal and ecological criteria. These include, for example, solar radiation and wind conditions, distances from settlements, nature conservation requirements and the connection to the electricity grid. On this basis, we provide a sound initial assessment of project feasibility.

Once we have received planning permission, we start building the system. Together with experienced partners, we set up the necessary infrastructure, install the systems and connect them to the power grid. We accompany the entire process through to completion

In a personal meeting on site, we clarify open questions, explain the process and discuss the key points of the lease agreement. You will then receive a transparent contract offer that is customised to your area and your requirements.
Once the utilisation agreement has been signed, your partnership with Iqony Renewables begins and with it the project development process.

After successful installation, the system is put into operation and starts feeding electricity into the grid. For you, this means a regular income from the lease revenue.

Frequently asked questions
In principle, various types of land are suitable for the construction of plants, e.g. agricultural and forestry land. However, development is very individual and depends on numerous factors and the specific local conditions. We would be happy to check the suitability of your property, simply send us a contact enquiry. which areas are suitable? what impact does a wind farm have?
As the landowner, you simply provide the area for the plant and receive lease payments in return - you do not have to make any investments yourself: Iqony Renewables takes care of the construction of the solar park, the financing and everything else.
You should involve your municipality in the development and decision-making process from the outset, as it must authorise the construction on land. To do this, the local authority usually has to draw up a development plan and authorise a change to the land use plan. This is followed by the planning and construction period for the plant.
Depending on what you prefer, the initial contact with your municipality can be made by you or by a contact person from Iqony Renewables.
We recommend that you have the lease carefully checked by a specialist. There are numerous reasons when or why a lease can be cancelled.
It usually takes several years from the first discussion to the completion of the wind farm. The duration of the project depends primarily on the length of the authorisation procedures and expert reports.
Landowners benefit above all from regular rental income for the land on which the plant is built. We also offer other attractive investment models for local authorities and investors.
An environmental impact assessment is carried out for every project. In this way, potential adverse effects on the well-being, health and safety of the population can be avoided through the various expert opinions and analyses.
