Forest areas offer enormous potential for the energy transition - if you know how to use them responsibly. At Iqony Renewables, we have the experience and intuition to realise modern wind turbines in areas used for forestry.
We are familiar with the special requirements in commercial forests: from species protection and soil conservation to forestry utilisation and complex approval procedures. Together with owners, local authorities and forestry companies, we create solutions that combine energy generation and sustainable forest management.
Sustainability
Green electricity - as much and as sustainable as possible
Our wind farms run - and they run really well. We ensure minimum downtimes, maximum efficiency and high yields. Since 2023, we have also been relying on high-tech from the air: drones with high-resolution cameras check rotor blades and towers down to the last detail. This allows us to detect the smallest damage at an early stage - before it becomes a problem. This saves time, prevents downtime and keeps our turbines permanently on track.
