Energy plant operator

High-tech maintenance

Plants need to be maintained on a regular basis. Predictive maintenance prevents downtimes, machine breakdowns and consequently expensive failures in production structures. Here, too, we use digital technologies that monitor machines remotely and sound the alarm in the event of the slightest irregularity.

Specialized teams then take on the maintenance and repair functions – either remotely or directly on site. With our individual Operation & Maintenance (O&M) contract models, we draw upon the excellent know-how and outstanding training of our personnel who can ensure the optimum operation of your plant. Any need for servicing is quickly identified and carried out with the minimum necessary measures so that production processes can continue undisturbed.

Wear and tear on plant components can also be detected and remedied at an early stage via continuous monitoring, both digitally and on site. If the energy generators have to be shut down for this purpose, a mobile replacement source ensures the continued flow of energy.

In order to maintain an overview of these processes, our IT tools, which constantly monitor the plants, provide perfect support; detected faults are rectified independently by our personnel or, in the best case, avoided in advance. These areas also include cladding, i.e. deposition welding, and mechanical plant service, which includes maintenance and servicing of all plant components.
